The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace Wednesday, September 2, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

• Michael White II, 24, of Pointe Aux Pins, pleaded guilty to operating - license suspended, revoked, denied, and was assessed a fine of $250. (Mackinac County Sheriff)

• Randy Marsh, 41, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to no operators license on person, and was assessed a fine of $250. (Michigan State Police)

• Steven Brown, 53, of Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to controlled substance - use of marijuana, and was assessed a fine of $1,000, six months probation, license suspended for 30 days followed

by 150 days restrictions, not allowed to use controlled substance,

and must submit to random drug test. (Michigan State Police)

• Alec Fitzgerald, 19, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to minor in possession, and was assessed a fine of $158, three months probation, 20 hours community service, not allowed to use intoxicants/controlled substances, and must submit to random test. (Michigan State Police)
