The LaSalle High School Class of 1969 is planning a 40-year reunion to coincide with this year’s LaSalle’s homecoming football game Friday, October 2, and Saturday, October 3.

Classmates plan to meet at the football game at Saints field Friday evening, wearing the former school colors of purple and gold. After the game, a cookout will be hosted at the home of Kathy (nee Cronan) Feher at 1245 South State Street (the former Cronan home).

Classmates will meet for a Straits cruise Saturday, October 3, at 6:30 p.m. at the Arnold Line dock. The cruise, arranged by classmate Bob Brown, will depart at 7 p.m. Donations will be taken to help offset expenses, Mrs. Feher said.

Former LaSalle teachers who will attend the reunion include Jerry Gallagher and Gene Shank, she said.
