Raquel McClendon Raquel McClendon of Kincheloe will compete for the title of 2010 Miss Michigan USA Friday, September 18, and Saturday, September 19. The competition is at the McMorran Place Theater in Port Huron.

Miss McClendon is the daughter of Tom and Pauline McClendon and is a student at Baker College of Owosso. Last September, she was named first runner-up in the 2009 Miss Michigan USA pageant.

The young woman chosen as Miss Michigan USA will go on to represent the state in the Miss USA Pageant April 19, 2010, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
