Joel Feldhake, Clayton Meyers Named AP Scholars

Clayton Meyers Clayton Meyers Joel Feldhake and Clayton Meyers, both 2009 Cedarville High School graduates, were named AP Scholars by the college board in recognition for their exceptional achievement on the college-level Advanced Placement (AP) examinations.

The board’s AP Program offers students the opportunity to take collegelevel courses while still in high school, and to receive college credit for these courses.

The recognition was earned by 18% of the more than 1.7 million high school students who took the exams this year. Students must

earn a 3.0 minimum grade average on all AP exams to qualify for this award.

Mr. Feldhake took Advanced Placement courses in U.S. government and politics, psychology, and world history. He qualified for the AP Scholars Award by earning a 4.0 average on all exams. He is a freshman at Calvin College majoring in science. He is the son of Marty and Pat Feldhake of Pickford.

Joel Feldhake Joel Feldhake Mr. Meyers took AP courses in U.S. government and politics, micro and macro-economics, and world history. He earned a 3.0 average on all AP exams. He is a freshman at Michigan State University majoring in business. He is the son of Jeff and Becky Meyers of Cedarville.
