The St. Ignace Saints 2009 eighth grade volleyball team includes (front, from left) Alyssa Gravelle, Kristin Lenoir, Kristi Gustafson, Anesa Collier, Lindsey Blair; (back) Morgan LaVake, Emily Hinsman, Coach Sam LaVake, Brianna LuHellier, and Kelsey Will. The eighth grade volleyball team played at the Petoskey Invitational Saturday, September 19. They took first in the finals. The finals were against Petoskey with scores: first game 22-20 St. Ignace, second game 12-21 Petoskey, third game 15-6 St. Ignace.
