Tickets are available for the EUP Fine Arts Council second annual Fall Fashion Show and Luncheon Saturday, October 3, at the Council’s Cultural Center in DeTour Village.

Doors will open at 12:30 p.m. and a buffet salad and dessert luncheon will begin at 1 p.m. with the fashion show following. Tickets are $15 and may be purchased in person at the Timberdoodle or by calling 297-2787. Proceeds from the event will support the renovation of the Cultural Center, the former Sacred Heart Hall.

Local models for the event include Sandy Straksis and mother and daughter Amy and Sidney Mickelson, modeling attire from Sunes of Drummond Island. Modeling for Drummond Island’s Islander Shop are Peggy Harris and Debbie Fountain. Donna Stoetzer, Lynn Suida, and Sandy Wytiaz will be modeling for Billies of Cheboygan. Models for Casual Lifestyles, JCPenney’s, and Barish’s, all of Sault Ste. Marie, will be Ruth Ann Hudak, Susie Rhinard, Karen White, Traci and Bailey Miller, Joan Boedy, Jean Bloom, Janelle Dudeck, and Heather VanDaele. David Rhinard is master of ceremonies for the show.
