Hazel Decker, 63, of Woodland, Pennsylvania, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2009, at her home.

She was born October 8, 1945, in St. Ignace to Millard Smith and Gus and Edna Closs.

Mrs. Decker worked at Mirada Erie in State College and JFB in Michigan. She was affiliated with the St. Ignace United Methodist Church.

She married Stanley Decker December 23, 1985.

She is survived by her husband; a son and his family, James and Michelle McMillan of Davison; a stepson, Jesse Decker of Washington; two grandchildren, Chloe and Chelsea McMillan; two sisters and their families, Muriel and Stanley Latus of Wisconsin and Miriam Blair of St. Ignace; and a brother, Henry Smith of St. Ignace. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews in Michigan.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

At her request, there will be no public visitation. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

Bennett and Houser Funeral Home in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, is assisting the family with arrangements.
