The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace September 24, September 29, and September 30, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

• Kristy Black, 23, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to embezzlement – agent or trustee less than $200, and was assessed a fine of $258 or 30 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Oran Townsend, 29, of Mackinac Island, pleaded guilty to disorderly person, and was assessed a fine of $250. (Mackinac Island Police)

• Robert Scales, 54, of Troy, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, six months probation, and $845.08 in restitution. (Michigan State Police)

• Brooklyn Gunderson, 28, of Grand Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and was assessed a fine of $1,000 or 90 days in jail. (Mackinac Island Police)

• Daniel Bruce, 20, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to careless driving, and was assessed a fine of $198 and $550 in restitution. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Timothy Stachovich, 45, of Brighton, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Mark Hendrey, 45, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder; one count weapons - firearms - possession by felon; one count controlled substance; one count police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing; and one count weapons - felony firearms, habitual second offense. • James Causley, 30, of Kinross, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Daniel Krug, 30, of Haslett, pleaded guilty to disorderly person - drunk, and was assessed a fine of $258. (Mackinac Island Police)

• Robert Sawyer, 38, of Engadine, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and was assessed a fine of $1,000 or 90 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Gregory Huyser, 21, of Ada, pleaded guilty to disorderly person and open intoxicants, and was assessed a fine of $408. (Mackinac Island Police)

• George Lee Jr., 24, of Sault Ste. Marie, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count breaking and entering a building with intent. (Michigan State Police)

• Alexander Rollins, 21, of Cedarville, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and 24 months probation. (Mackinac County Sheriff’s Department) Mr. Rollins also pleaded guilty to larceny less than $200 and use of marijuana, and was assessed a fine of $1,000, 365 days in jail, and 24 months probation. • William Erbetta, 28, of Curtis, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court one count of police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing. (Michigan State Police)
