A Curtis man was arrested on drug charges in Mackinac County, the Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement team reported. Jack Howard, Jr., 45, was arrested September 19 on one count of manufacturing marijuana. Mr. Howard was arraigned the same day in 92nd District Court in Mackinac County.
