The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace October 5 and October 6, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

• Marcie Danielson, 38, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count perjury - other than court proceedings, and one count embezzlement - agent or trustee $1,000 or more but less than $20,000. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Richard Cooper, 51, of Harvey, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,320, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Calvin Horn, 57, of Mackinac Island, pleaded guilty to assault and battery, and was assessed a fine of $500. (Mackinac Island Police)

• Lindy Green, 47, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of property under $200, and was assessed a fine of $258 and $100 in restitution. Ms. Green also pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended and was assessed a fine of $258. (Michigan State Police)

• Kyle Spencer, 20, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count weapons - firearms - receiving and concealing. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Kory Larson, 19, of Gaylord, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count police officer - fleeing (fourth degree), one count reckless driving, and one count controlled substance - delivery/ manufacture of marijuana. (Michigan State Police)

• Pauline Benevides, 51, of Ramona, California, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, and was assessed a fine of $1,100 or 30 days in jail. (Mackinac County Sheriff)

• Mitchel Verhage, 24, of Alto, pleaded guilty to disorderly person and was sentenced to 90 days in jail. (Mackinac Island Police)

• Joseph Culfa, 38, of St. Ignace, pleaded no contest to domestic assault, and was assessed a fine of $258, 93 days in jail, 24 months probation, and $2,558 in restitution. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Robert Conguy, 58, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired (second offense), and was sentenced to 120 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Brittany Haygood, 23, of Galloway, Ohio, pleaded guilty to disorderly person, and was assessed a fine of $258 or 10 days in jail. (Mackinac Island Police)

• Janet Germain, 46, of Sault Ste. Marie, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count breaking and entering a building with intent. (Michigan State Police)
