The Top of the Lake Snowmobile Museum in Naubinway is seeking a vintage Timberwolf snowmobile, which was made in Sault Ste. Marie by Northsport Industries. The machine is a rear engine, two track snowmobile with two seats. It was designed to carry two adults in the front and two to three children in the rear. The body was made of fiberglass and the sled had a floating safety feature. Only six of the sleds were produced, and one was the pace sled for the I-500 International Snowmobile Race in 1970 and 1971.

Anyone with information on the location of one of these Timberwolf snowmobiles may call the museum at 477-6192.
