The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace October 12 through October14, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

• Alan Schneider, 23, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to disorderly person, and was sentenced to 16 days in jail. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Michelle Woodford, 27, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $258 or 20 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Ryan Dulyea, 30, of Petoskey, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended (second offense), and was assessed a fine of $500 or 30 days in jail. (Mackinac County Sheriff)

• Daniel Brewer, 20, of Greenville, pleaded guilty to minor in possession, and was assessed a fine of $550 or 30 days in jail. (Mackinac Island Police)

• Thomas Jollineau, 49, of Hessel, pleaded guilty to public utility - fraudulent use under $500, and was assessed a fine of $1,002.41 or 90 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• William Springsteen, 25, of Moran, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Barbara Patrick, 50, of Hessel, pleaded guilty to public utility - fraudulent use under $500, and was assessed a fine of $1,002.41 or 90 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Tonya Groh, 30, of Kincheloe, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count false report of felony. (Michigan State Police)

• Nathan Clay, 32, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to retail fraud third degree, and was assessed a fine of $250 or 20 days in jail. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Danny Hartley, Jr., 27, of Mancelona, pleaded guilty to failure to report accident, and was assessed fine of $500 or 50 days in jail, and $666.20 in restitution. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Edward Sheber, 28, of Moran, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of property less than $200, and was assessed a fine of $250, 93 days in jail, three months probation, and $282.50 in restitution. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Heather Grimshaw, 29, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. Ms. Grimshaw also pleaded guilty to drugs/alcohol consumption by minors - allowing on premises, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. She waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on two counts forgery; and one count financial transaction device - possession. (Michigan State Police)

• Lance DeKeyser, Jr., 19, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to careless driving, and was assessed a fine of $190. Mr. DeKeyser also pleaded guilty to ORV - city ordinance on roadway, and was assessed a fine of $100. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Ronda Andress, 42, of Mackinac Island, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and was assessed a fine of $125 and sentenced to 50 hours of community service in lieu of 93 days in jail. (Mackinac Island Police)

• James Colvin, 44, of Dafter, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Stephen Simpson, 20, of Traverse City, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and was assessed a fine of $1,000 or 90 days in jail, and license was sanctioned by the state. (Michigan State Police)

• John Kilponen, 35, of Sault Ste. Marie, pleaded guilty to weapons - firearms brandishing in public, and was assessed a fine of $1,000, 90 days in jail, and 24 months probation. (St. Ignace City Police)

• David Stamy, 36, of Mackinac Island, pleaded guilty to assault and battery, and was sentenced to 93 days in jail. (Mackinac Island Police)
