The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace October 26 through October 28, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

• Jamie Harcrow, 32, of Charlevoix, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $258 or 20 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Charles Paquin, 53, of Cedarville, held preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count breaking and entering a building with intent; and one count malicious destruction of property $1,000 or more but less than $20,000. (Michigan State Police)

• Sean Krygier, 24, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated (second offense), and was assessed a fine of $220 and 120 days in jail. (Mackinac County Sheriff)

• Matthew Drake, 25, of Cheboygan, pleaded guilty to no insurance, and was assessed a fine of $509 or 50 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Adam Grove, 27, of Sault Ste. Marie, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired (second offense), and was assessed a fine of $220 and 120 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Trischa Alexander, 26, of Bark River, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on two counts of controlled substance - delivery /manufacture marijuana. (Michigan State Police)

• Christopher Soelle, 53, of Mackinac Island, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and was assessed a fine of $1,000, and license sanctioned by the state. (Mackinac Island Police)

• Jermaine Miller, 25, of Key Largo, Florida, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count police officer - assaulting, resisting, obstructing; and one count disorderly person. (Mackinac Island Police)

• Tony Martis, 49, of Naubinway, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and was assessed a fine of $1,000 or 90 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Alan Sanborn, 60, of Moran, pleaded guilty to disorderly person, and was assessed a fine of $474, 90 days in jail, and one year probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Daniel St. Andrew, 20, of St. Ignace, pleaded to failure to stop at the scene of property damage accident, and was assessed a fine of $508 or 50 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Austin Vance, 19, of Sault Ste. Marie, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, and was sentenced to 100 days in jail. (Mackinac County Sheriff)

• Travis McLeod, 21, of Sault Ste. Marie, had preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count malicious destruction of property $1,000 or more but less than $20,000; and one count assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault). (Mackinac County Sheriff)
