Three local students received degrees from Ferris State University, Kendall College of Art and Design, and the College of Professional and Technological Studies during the semester ending August 2009.

Kayley Lasley of St. Ignace received an associate in arts in pre-criminal justice and a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice generalist.

Whittney Kerridge of Naubinway was graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Associate in Applied Science in radiography.

Joshua VanAlstine of Drummond Island received an Associate in Applied Science in radiography.
