The American Red Cross is compiling a list of all EUP military people stationed in the country and abroad, and will be making it available to local organizations, schools, churches, and individuals for holiday giving, announced Linda Beaumont of the Chippewa County Chapter.

The chapter will serve as the middleman in providing the names and addresses to individuals or organizations wanting to make a holiday mailing now or send “care packages” later. The international Christmas mailing deadline is December 4 for regular delivery and December 11 for priority delivery.

Addresses for military personnel is accepted by e-mail (preferred) at ccarc@lighthouse.net, or call (906) 632-8111. If there are specific needs for the military person, please let the Red Cross know so that information can be passed along.
