The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace November 3 and November 10, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

• Jessie Huskey, 30, of St. Ignace, was sentenced to 10 days in jail for probation violation. (Michigan State Police)

• Donna Ellison, 33, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to check non-sufficient funds less than $100, and was assessed a fine of $258, 30 days in jail, and $610.74 in restitution. (Michigan State Police)

• Edward Rohn, 47, of Onaway, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and was assessed a fine of $95, 60 days in jail, and $220 in attorney fees. (Mackinac Island Police)

• Sean Hauxwell, 26, of Kincheloe, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count breaking and entering; one count home invasion (second degree); and motor vehicle - unlawful drive away. (Michigan State Police)

• Robert Lee, 28, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of property less than $1,000, and was assessed a fine of $1,020, 365 days in jail, and 24 months probation. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Joel Stewart, 46, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and driving while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $1,000 or 60 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• David Sayles, 19, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to trespassing, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and $26.92 in restitution. (Michigan State Police)

• Christy Plotkowski, 29, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to contempt of court, and was sentenced to seven 7 days in jail.

• Frederick Fischer, Jr., 36, of Kincheloe, after preliminary examination was bound over to Circuit Court on two counts criminal sexual conduct, second degree. (St. Ignace City Police)
