Tristina Browning and Nathan Smith Daryl and Penny Browning of Rexton announce the engagement of their daughter, Tristina, to Nathan Smith, son of Randy McDonald and Nina McDonald of Cedarville.

Miss Browning is a 2008 graduate of Engadine High School and is attending North Central Michigan College in Petoskey, where she is studying nursing.

Mr. Smith is a 2006 graduate of Les Cheneaux Community Schools in Cedarville. He is a construction mechanic in the United States Navy and is stationed in Gulf Port, Mississippi. He will be deployed to Afghanistan in February 2010. No wedding date has yet been set.
