The Mackinac County Board of Commissioners, meeting Thursday, November 12, accepted a bid from Superior Floor Covering of St. Ignace for 123 square yards of carpeting to be installed in the sheriff's office. Superior was the lowest of two bids at $2,680, while the other bid from Everson's Home Furnishings of St. Ignace and Newberry was $4,158.
