The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace November 24 and November 25, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

• John Bennett, 47, of Onaway, pleaded guilty to receiving and concealing $200 or more but less than $1,000, and was assessed a fine of $600, 200 days in jail, and $1,400 in restitution. (Mackinac County Sheriff)

• Gerald Stevens, 68, of Moran, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (Mackinac County Sheriff)

• David Benson, 45, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana, and was assessed a fine of $1,000 or 90 days in jail. (Mackinac County Sheriff)

• Jeremy Gamble, 36, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended (second offense) and failure to use due care or caution for stationary emergency vehicle, and was assessed a fine of $500 or 60 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Corey Hammie, 32, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $500 or 60 days in jail. (St. Ignace City Police)

• James McGillis, 28, of Bark River, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count controlled substance - delivery/manufacture marijuana; one count conspiracy to commit controlled substance - delivery/ manufacture marijuana. (Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team)

• Isaac Davis, 25, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count home invasion second degree; one count motor vehicle - unlawful driving away; one count breaking and entering a building with intent, habitual offender. (Michigan State Police)

• Meghan Wiartalla, 21, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to attempted joyriding, and was assessed a fine of $500, 365 days in jail, and $641 in restitution. (St. Ignace City Police)
