Steven Keel, a worker for Bouma Construction of Grand Rapids, puts finishing touches on drywall near the Tribal Health Center's windowed waiting area on the second floor of the new hospital being built in St. Ignace Wednesday, December 23. Project managers report that all work on the second floor should wrap up in early February and the whole facility should be complete by the end of March.
