The holidays saw many visitors to the area enjoying sledding or snowmobiling and many local families enjoyed hosting guests around the dinner table.

At the home of Phyllis and Terry Gouza were their son, Brian, and his family, Corrina and Briannan of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, along with their son, Brent, and his family, Shelly, Alex, and Madeline of Freehold, New York. They were joined by the local Gouzas and enjoyed some of their mother’s homemade chicken noodle soup.

The Livermores gathered for their biannual family reunion, hosted this time by the family matriarch, Martha Sheppard, at Manistique. A good time was had by all.

Mitch King visited with family and friends over the holidays before returning to his job in Kansas.
