The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace January 5 and January 6, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

• Diane Grant, 44, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated (first offense), and was assessed a fine of $1,069, 93 days in jail, 24 months probation, and $1,675 in restitution. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Stacy DeKeyser, 37, of St. Ignace, was sentenced to 60 days in jail for probation violation.

• Timothy Huffman, 38, of Hessel, was sentenced to five days in jail for probation violation.

• Dale Moody, 46, of Hessel, pleaded guilty to operating ORV while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $250 or 10 days in jail. (Department of Natural Resources)

• Margaret Levi, 18, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to minor in possession (second offense), and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Thelma Campagnolia, 47, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana, and was assessed a fine of $500 or 30 days in jail, and license sanctioned by the state. (Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement Team)
