The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace January 19 and January 20, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

• Steven Johnson, 43, of Marquette, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count operating while intoxicated (third offense), and one count driving while license suspended. (Michigan State Police)

• Dustin Harmon, 22, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count criminal sexual conduct first degree, and one count criminal sexual conduct second degree. (Michigan State Police)

• David Sayles, 19, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to disorderly person, and was sentenced to 25 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Andrew Johnson, 23, of McMillan, pleaded guilty to sell, furnish alcohol to minors, and was assessed a fine of $250. (Michigan State Police)

• Kevin Tansil, 26, of Detroit, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $45 and 12 days in jail. (Mackinac County Sheriff)

• Chancy Magee, 27, of Flint, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $500. (Mackinac County Sheriff)

• Alexander McGarry, 21, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Edward Willis, 21, of Sault Ste. Marie, pleaded guilty to assault and battery, and was assessed a fine of $470, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (Mackinac County Sheriff)

• Casey Bradburn, 23, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended and expired plates, and was assessed a fine of $368 or 25 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Robert Leski, 43, of Howell, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $470 or 25 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Barbara Lee, 20, of Hessel, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $500 or 30 days in jail. (Mackinac County Sheriff)

• Robert Lawson Jr., 30, of Naubinway, pleaded guilty to careless driving, and was assessed a fine of $195. (Mackinac County Sheriff)

• Jonathon Mills, 18, of Engadine, pleaded guilty to no valid operator license on possession, and was assessed a fine of $190 or 10 days in jail. (Mackinac County Sheriff)
