Effie McLean VanGeison, 84, of St. Ignace, died Tuesday morning, January 26, 2010, at Mackinac Straits Hospital Long Term Care.

She was born November 14, 1925, in St. Ignace.

Visitation will be Friday, Janaury 29, from noon to 2 p.m. at Dodson Funeral Home. Services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
