Miller, Vallier, Webb Are Named Engadine’s Students of Month

Tia Miller, Mikayla Vallier, and MacKenzie Webb have been named the students of the week at Engadine Consolidated Schools for the week of January 25.

Tia Miller, daughter of Jen and Kirk Miller of Gould City, is the high school student of the week. Miss Miller takes the time to complete neat and thorough work, her teachers report. She is well prepared and participates in class activities. She is a pleasure to have in class, friendly and always has a smile to share. A versatile volleyball player, she shows a positive attitude and team spirit. She is talented in art class, according to her teacher, and strives to do her best in all of her classes.

Middle school student Mikayla Vallier is the daughter of Brent and Michelle Vallier. Miss Vallier is a quick study and has a positive attitude about school. She is friendly and gets along well with her classmates. She works hard in the classroom to complete her assignments. She would like to someday attend Northern Michigan University.

The elementary school student of the week is MacKenzie Webb. Mr. Webb is in Tom Winchester’s fourth grade class. He enjoys mathematics. When he grows up, he would like to be a firefighter. He has lots of energy, his teacher said, and is a good learner.
