Saints Boys Win First Match of Season; Girls Fall to Chiefs

Cyleb Feldman Cyleb Feldman The St. Ignace Saints boys bowling team won their first match of the season, defeating the Cheboygan Chiefs Black squad 1,567 to 1,466 during road competition at Cheboygan Saturday, January 23.

During the second match the Saints fell to the Grayling Vikings 1,329 to 1,565.

The St. Ignace girls fell to the host Chiefs 1,191 to 1,645.

Sandi Thon Sandi Thon St. Ignace will host bowling matches, with the boys beginning play at 10 a.m. and the girls at noon Saturday, January 30, at Gateway Lanes.
