Condolences to the family of Julia Archambeau, lifelong resident of Engadine, who passed away Sunday, January 31. She was married 59 years to her husband, Raymond, and they have three children, Debra, James, and David. Services will be Saturday, June 12, at 11 a.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church Cemetery in Engadine. Please keep her family in your prayers.

Winter Fest at Tahquamenon Falls State Park is Saturday, February, 6, from noon to 8 p.m. at the Upper Falls, north of Newberry on M-123. There will be guided snowshoe hikes at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., a lantern-lit ski and stroll from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., a winter campfire, and classic snowmobile display.

The “UnValentines Tour of Songs and Tales of Unforgiveness, Heartbreak, Dysfunction, and Revenge” will be Friday, February 12, at 7 p.m. at the Erickson Center for the Arts in Curtis. Jamie-Sue Seal, John Lantini, Andre Villoch, and Dave Boutette will be featured.

There will be a guided snowshoe hike Saturday, February 13, at 1 p.m. and again at 3 p.m., and a lantern-lit ski and stroll from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Upper Falls of Tahquamenon Falls State Park. A limited number of snowshoes are available to borrow.

The 18th Annual Top of the Lake Antique and Vintage Snowmobile Show and Ride is Friday, February 19, and Saturday, February 20, in Naubinway. The Friday breakfast ride leaves Naubinway at 9 a.m., and the antique and vintage snowmobile show is Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be food booths and a swap area.
