SPECIAL MEETING

REVIEW ORDINANCES

MONDAY, JANUARY 25, 2010

AT 3:30 PM

Call to order: 3:40 PM Pledge of Allegiance

Roll Call: Present: Hill, Carpenter, Lofdahl, Wellnitz, Miller

Others Present: Julie Smith and John Grenier

Motion: Wellnitz made a motion to amend the agenda to include discussion on motion made concerning the re-zoning issue at the January 21, 2010 Town Board meeting. Miller supported. All Ayes. Motion carried.

Discussion followed that this was not the time to discuss this. No one was prepared. It was decided that a separate special meeting should be scheduled for this and also the Union Contract with the DPW.

Motion: Lofdahl made the motion to table the earlier motion. Wellnitz supported. All Ayes. Motion carried.

A special Board meeting was set for Monday, February 1, 2010 at 3:45 PM to discuss Zoning issue and DPW contract. Ordinance Review: Article 8: Signs – 8.2.2.2.

Adjournment: 5:05 PM Motion: Miller made the motion to adjourn the meeting. Carpenter supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
