The Delta County Commerce Center and Delta County "Michigan Job Works" will meet with the St. Ignace Chamber of Commerce and the Mackinac County Planning Commission to share the current platform for growth in the Delta County region Thursday, February 11, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Village Inn in St. Ignace. The public may attend.

This will be a joint presentation by both organizations. They believe their alliance is an effective alternative to the traditional Economic Development Corporation model of economic development and they say it has resulted in positive growth, networking, and new possibilities for the future for their region.

The St. Ignace Chamber of Commerce and Mackinac County Planning Commission will host a short session with this group, followed by a reception. Complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments will be provided. Cash bar is available.
