The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace January 22, with Judge Clayton Graham presiding, and January 27, with Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

• Luke Formola, 28, of Engadine, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired (second offense), and was assessed a fine of $2,020, 365 days in jail, and 24 months probation. (Mackinac County Sheriff)

• Shane McDonald, 19, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count breaking and entering a building with intent. (Michigan State Police)

• Lawrence Beseau, 47, of Sault Ste. Marie, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count operating while intoxicated (third offense). (Michigan State Police)

• Jamie Schwemin, 39, of Marquette, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count financial transaction device – steal/ retain without consent; one count computers – using to commit a crime. In a separate case, Ms. Schwemin waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count financial transaction device – steal/retain without consent; one count computers – using to commit a crime. • Zaveaire Holder, 33, of Mackinac Island, pleaded guilty to child abuse (fourth degree), and was assessed a fine of $500, 365 days in jail, and 24 months probation. (Mackinac Island Police)

• Michael Sivula, 33, of West Bloomfield, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count child support – failing to pay. (Mackinac County Sheriff)

• Fred Drendall III, 29, Cedarville, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, and was assessed a fine of $720, 365 days, 24 months restitution, and $4,046 in restitution. (Michigan State Police)
