Hiawatha Shore to Shore Chapter of the North Country Trail Association will offer three snowshoe hikes Saturday, February 13. Snowshoe enthusiasts can hike the North Country Trail, meeting at a.m. on Brevort Lake Road.

During U.P. Winterfest at St. Ignace, participants can try snowshoeing from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Shepler’s parking lot. There will be a walking quiz and youth races.

A nighttime snowshoe hike will begin at 6 p.m. at the St. Ignace Welcome Center and hike into Straits State Park.
