      Joseph and Kara (nee Scherer) Lembo of Concord, North Carolina, announce the birth of their daughter, Isabel Catherine Lembo, born December 18, 2009, at Carolinas Medical Center North East in Concord. She weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces at birth and measured 19.75 inches in length. She joins a brother, Joseph, at home.
