Isabel Lembo Joseph and Kara (nee Scherer) Lembo of Concord, North Carolina, announce the birth of their daughter, Isabel Catherine Lembo, born December 18, 2009, at Carolinas Medical Center North East in Concord. She weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces at birth and measured 19.75 inches in length.

She joins a brother, Joseph, at home.

Grandparents are Dr. John and Mary Scherer of Cedarville, and Joan Lembo of Shelby Township. Great-grandparents are Ed and Charlotte (nee Dobbs) Hammersmith of Norwalk, Ohio, Clara Kortas of Shelby Township, the late Isabel Scherer of Bellevue, Ohio, and Cedarville, and the late Dr. Ross W. Dobbs of Norwalk.
