Jessica Graham Brimley Jessica Graham Brimley The Engadine Eagles dropped a 53-42 Eastern Upper Peninsula Conference road decision to the Brimley Bays Saturday, January 30.

The second half made the difference as the Eagles held a 12- 11-scoring edge after the first eight minutes and led 22-20 at halftime with a 10-9 margin in the second quarter.

Brimley bounced back and outscored Engadine 33-20 in the second half that included 14-9 in the third quarter and 19-11 in the final eight minutes.

Eagles statistics: Kacie Rutledge, 13 points; Morgan MacArthur and Krista Metcalf 10 points; Elisa Hobbs, five points; Kayla Miller and Lynzee Bigelow, two points.

Bays statistics: Jessica Graham, 20 points; Lynnette Carrick, nine points; Cortney Wilson and Whitney Frazier, six points; Becca Carruthers and Sydney Beaune, four points; Cassie Wilcox and Shelby Leapley, two points.
