Bomber, Price Are Engadine’s Students of the Week
Jeffery Bomber and Savannah Price have been selected as students of the week at Engadine Consolidated Schools.
Mr. Bomber has musical talent and athletic ability, his teachers say, and as a freshman, he is a model individual for all students at Engadine High School. He has a high work ethic that helps him maintain a high grade point average. He received the highest rating of a 1 for his snare drum solo at Michigan School Band and Orchestra Association District 13 Solo/ Ensemble Festival in Pickford. He is also a fine athlete, representing Engadine on the junior varsity boys basketball team. He is the son of Jeff and Jomay Bomber of Naubinway.
Junior high student Savannah Price is the daughter of Danny and Ginger Price of Engadine. She has leadership skills, her teachers report, and is always ready to help when asked. She is quiet in class and gets her work done with time to spare. She is a good typist and tries her best in her classes, earning good first-semester grades. She participates in basketball. At noon, she is out on the basketball court practicing her skills and having friendly competitions with her classmates. She is a member of the band.
