Aiden Niemi Chad and Tonya (nee Shagonabe) Niemi of Iron Mountain announce the birth of their son, Aiden Josiah Niemi, born Wednesday, December 16, 2009, at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital in Iron Mountain. He weighed 9 pounds, 14 ounces at birth and measured 19.5 inches in length.

Grandparents are Harlin and Linda Shagonabe of Hessel and Dan and Judy Niemi of Menominee. Great-grandmother is Betty Howe of Big Rapids.
