Evelyn Carlstedt Michael and Callan Carlstedt of Ypsilanti announce the birth of their daughter, Evelyn Jo Carlstedt, born Monday, January 11, 2010, at Oakwood-Annapolis Hospital in Wayne. She weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces at birth and measured 19.5 inches in length.

Grandparents are John and Karen Carlstedt of Rudyard and David and JoAnn Sugar of Midland. Great-grandparents are Arthur DiCare of Lansing and Evelyn Sugar of Ann Arbor.

Evelyn Jo was named after her great-grandmother and grandmother.
