The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace February 23 and February 24, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.
• Arthur Call, 54, of Drummond Island, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, 12 months probation, and use of substance monitor for 30 days.

• James Andress, 17, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of property less than
200, and was sentenced to 93 days in jail, six months probation, and 100 hours of community service. (St. Ignace City Police)
• Kara Waybrandt, 25, of Pickford, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was sentenced to 93 days in jail, 18 months probation, and use of substance monitor for 30 days. (Michigan State Police)
• Travis McLeod, 21, of Sault Ste, Marie, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of property between $200 or less than $1,000, and was sentenced to 365 days in jail, 12 months probation, and $500 in restitution. (Michigan State Police)
• Duane Jordan, 27, of Engadine, pleaded guilty to no valid license in possession, and was assessed a fine of $250. (Mackinac County Sheriff)
• Jake Kelly, 48, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count perjury - other than court proceedings; and one count embezzlement from vulnerable adult $1,000 or more but less than $20,000. (Michigan State Police)
