Erickson Center Sponsors Writers Retreat in May

The Erickson Center for the Arts will sponsor the first “North of 45 Retreat for Writers” Thursday, May 13, through Sunday, May 16, at Chamberlin’s Ole Forest Inn in Curtis. The retreat is open to writers of any style.

Presenters at the retreat will be novelist Steve Amick, creative writing professor Shelley St. Ange-Sheldon, songwriter and playwright Amy Speace, and children’s author Jeff Schatzer.

Writers will share their work with the public Saturday, May 15, at the Erickson Center.
