Mackinac County’s Michigan State University Extension Office will offer the workshop, “Who Gets Grandma’s Yellow Pie Plate?” Thursday, March 25, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the St. Ignace Public Library. The cost of the workshop is $25 per person plus $5 per additional family member. The objective of the workshop is for individuals and family members to gain an understanding about non-titled property transfer, determine goals, and what “fair” means individually and for the family members. It also encourages communication and informed decision making among members of a family.
