Joe and Stefanie Bellant
Joe Bellant and Stefanie Staudte of Eulenbis, Germany, were united in marriage Monday, March 1, 2010, in Weilerbach, Germany. The bride was given in marriage by her parents, Olaf and Gabbi Staudte of Buseck, Germany.
Red ribbons and lace and white pearls were used as decorations. The bride wore a long cream-colored gown with pearls and lace. Her hair was adorned with pearls, and she carried a bouquet of red roses.
The bride’s sister, Franziska Osadnik, was the matron of honor, and a friend of the groom, Matthew Hodges, served as best man.
A reception was held at the restaurant Bauer Schmidt with photographs taken at the castle of Eulenbis.
In addition to the couple’s patents, guests attending the ceremony were the bride’s grandparents, Edmund and Anni Staudte of Hamburg, Germany, and Horst and Emmi Raue of Frankfurt, Germany; a brother-in-law of the bride, Peter Osadnik and a niece, Hannah Osadnik; two sisters of the groom, Mary Sypher of Longmont, Colorado, and Anita Bellant of Rosemount, Minnesota, and a niece, Whitney Bellant of Rosemount.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Giesen High School. She is employed as a customer service representative in Frankfurt, Germany.
The groom is a technical sergeant in the United States Air Force at Vogelweh Air Force Base in Germany. He is a 1998 graduate of LaSalle High School, and the son of Francis and the late Joyce Bellant of St. Ignace.
The couple took a wedding trip to Paris, France.
They reside in Eulenbis.
