Mike Cox has chosen to join other Republican Attorneys General in filing a federal lawsuit opposing the health care [law]. Governor Jennifer Granholm has made it very clear to him that he does not represent the people of Michigan in this action. Therefore, is Mike Cox paying the legal fees associated with this lawsuit out of his own pocket, or is he using Michigan tax dollars?
