Hello, everyone. What a wonderful spring break we had.
The annual winter sports banquet for Engadine Consolidated Schools will be Thursday, April 8, at 7 p.m. at the Hiawatha Sportsman’s Club, east of Engadine.
There will be a rural health clinic Friday, April 9, at Engadine Consolidated Schools.
Engadine Consolidated Schools will have their monthly board meeting Monday, April 12, at 7 p.m. in Rexton.
Sallee Poole’s art class will be offered in the Engadine library Monday, April 12, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and again Monday, April 19.
There will be an all-class reunion planning meeting Monday, April 12, at 7 p.m. at Engadine Consolidated Schools. Participants are asked to use the main door of the school.
The Three Lakes Area Fireworks Council presents the fourth annual "Spring ’50s, ’60s and ’70s Dance Night" Saturday, April 17, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Tony's Whitefish Inn in Curtis. Music will be provided. Tickets are $5 in advance or $6 at the door and are available at Tony's Whitefish Inn and the Village Market in Curtis.
Condolences to the family of Maxine "Max" Hart, 68, of Dafter, who passed away Thursday, March 25, at Northern Michigan Regional Hospital in Petoskey. Please keep her family and friends in your thoughts and prayers during this time. An obituary for Mrs. Hart was published in The St. Ignace News April 1.
