Arleene Gayle Moock, 73, a resident of St. Clair Shores for 44 years and a former resident of Pickford, passed away Wednesday, March 31, 2010.

Mrs. Moock was a retired hairdresser and owner of Raynard Beauty Salon. She enjoyed playing cards, slots, bingo, and other games.

She is survived by a son and his family, Edward and Sherry Raynard; five grandchildren and their families, Joseph and Brandy Raynard, Randy Raynard, Dayhna and Rob Neal, Edward and Mary Raynard Jr., and Kelly Raynard; a daughter-in-law and her family, JoAnn and Tim Noll; and nine great-grandchildren, Derek, Cory, Joey, Zachary, Colin, Jordyn, Haley, David, and Brenden.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Moock, her son, David Raynard, and her parents, Effie (nee Hancock) and William Raynard.

Visitation and prayer services were Monday, April 5, at Arthur J. Van Lerbeghe Funeral Home in St. Clair Shores.

Additional services will be held at Oaklawn Chapel Gardens in Sault Ste. Marie Thursday, April 8. Visitation will be in the chapel at the cemetery from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., with a blessing and committal service at 11 a.m.
