A sanitation truck lost control and tipped over on the side of Cheeseman Road near St. Ignace Thursday, April 8, according to Michigan State Police.

Mark Beaudoin of Trout Lake was driving westbound when he lost control owing to slushy road conditions and veered to the right, overturning the truck around 7:50 a.m. Mr. Beaudoin was unharmed, and no property was damaged in the accident. The truck was later towed off the road.
