Cline Earns Degree From Michigan Tech University

Kip Cline II Kip Cline II Kip Cline II of Pickford was graduated from Michigan Technological University (MTU), Magna Cum Laude, Saturday, May 1, in Houghton. Mr. Cline earned a Bachelor of Science degree in applied ecology and environmental sciences.

While attending the university, he was the president of Xi Sigma Pi Honor Society and treasurer of the MTU National Wildlife Society. He was a member of the Forestry Club and the Aquanauts Club. He is the recipient of the School of Forestry Resources and Environmental Science 2010 Outstanding Service Award.

Mr. Cline has accepted a position at Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park, Colorado, as a biological science technician.

He is the son of Kip and Lisa Cline of Pickford, and the grandson of Ron and Marion Edgerly of Sault Ste. Marie and Myrna Cline of Niobrara, Nebraska.
