A boat parade will be held on Brevort Lake Saturday, July 3 with the line up at 7 p.m. at the Dukes Road boat launch. The entry fee is $10 per boat. The parade will begin at 7:30 p.m. Cash prizes will be given to the top three, with the best decorated receiving $100.

A separate division for children 15 and under will also be conducted. The top two decorated boats in the children's division will receive $50 for first place and $25 for second. Each participant in the children's division will receive a gift. The entry fee is $5 per boat.

A fireworks show will follow the parade at dusk.
