The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace June 18, June 22, and June 23, Judge Beth Gibson and Judge Elizabeth Church presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

• Marion Danielson, 56, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (Mackinac County Sheriff)

• Daniel Dean, 41, of Shepard, pleaded guilty to open intoxicants, and was assessed a fine of $1,000 or 30 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Desiree Allan, 21, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to careless driving, and was assessed a fine of $150. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Michael Scott, 30, of Moran, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count controlled substance - delivery/manufacture marijuana; one count controlled substance - maintaining a drug house; and one count controlled substance - possession of marijuana. • Shane Kelcheski, 41, of Goetzville, pleaded guilty to larceny $200 to $1,000, and was assessed a fine of $500, 365 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Dean Porter, 41, of Goetzville, pleaded guilty to larceny ($200 to $1,000), and was assessed a fine of $500, 365 days in jail, 12 months probation, and $220 in attorney fees. (Michigan State Police)

• Justin Kubont, 24, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired (second offense), and was assessed a fine of $1,600 and 30 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Christian Williams, 47, of Pickford, waived preliminary examination, and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count larceny - $1,000 or more but less than $20,000. (Michigan State Police)

• Darcy Jacobs, 42, of Moran, held preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count controlled substance - delivery/manufacture marijuana; one count controlled substance - maintaining a drug house; and one count possession of marijuana (habitual third offense). • Jessica Ferguson, 34, of Burton, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $350 or 20 days in jail. (Mackinac County Sheriff)

• Trevor Belonga, 20, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and was assessed a fine of $1,000, 365 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Brian Bedell, 20, of St. Ignace, held preliminary examination, and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count criminal sexual conduct first degree, and one count criminal sexual conduct third degree. (Michigan State Police)

• Holly Orr, 33, of Moran, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count larceny in a building; and one count financial device - stealing/retaining without consent (habitual fourth offense). (Mackinac Island Police)

• Ronald Wharfield, 49, of Mt. Clemens, pleaded guilty to disorderly person, and was assessed a fine of $250, 90 days in jail, 12 months probation, $220 in attorney fees, and $2,080.39 in restitution. (Michigan State Police)
