Jan Huttenstine will be the speaker for the Rudyard Historical Society Thursday, July 8, at 7 p.m. at the Rudyard Community Center. Ms. Huttenstine is the author of “Remotely Yours,” a book about the history of the Whitefish Point area. Her presentation will include links between Paradise and the Rudyard area. Her recently-published book is the first in a series of three books about Whitefish Point.

The meeting is free and open to the public.
