The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace July 19, and July 20, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.
• Francis Thompson, 41, of Pickford, was sentenced to 20 hours community service by September 1 for probation violation.
• Dylan Rountree, 17, of St. Ignace, was sentenced to two days in jail for probation violation.
• Brandon Warner, 18, of Hessel, was sentenced to 20 hours community service for probation violation.
• Cory Miller, 23, of Wellborn, Florida, pleaded guilty to disorderly person, and was assessed a fine of $250. (Michigan State Police)
• Everett Wood, 53, of Manistique, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired (second offense), and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 365 days in jail, and 24 months probation. (Michigan State Police)
• Donald Beeman, 55, of Essexville, pleaded guilty to receiving and concealing less than $200, and was assessed a fine of $1,000. (Mackinac County Sheriff)
• Michael Boldiszar, 51, of Curtis, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended (second offense), and was assessed a fine of $500 or 60 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)
• Donna Vineyard, 39, of Kincheloe, pleaded guilty to nonsufficient funds check less than $50, and was assessed a fine of $250, 93 days in jail, six months probation, and $333.81 in restitution. (Michigan State Police)
• William Erbetta, 30, of Engadine, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and was sentenced to 365 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)
• Stacy DeKeyser, 38, of St. Ignace, was sentenced to 10 days in jail for probation violation.
• Frederick Wiser, 44, of Cedarville, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count operating while intoxicated (third offense), and one count driving while licensee suspended (second offense). (Michigan State Police)
